When you schedule an appointment with HPTG, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or rescheduled an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
“No Show” shall mean any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation” shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. “Late Arrival” shall mean any patient who arrives at the clinic 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment. The fee is $40 per incident charged to the patient, not the insurance company.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances and would like this fee removed from your account , Please email hptg@hamptonptg.com with your request.
